"Photo Shoot and Fun!"

Today I did a photo shoot for a gorgeous girl at the beach named Alexandria (Alex). My Caribbean bestie came along to let the kids play on the beach while I did the shoot. It was so cold yesterday we thought it would be the same today but it was the exact opposite. It was really nice outside ....just super windy! But we got through the shoot! Also at the beach there was a wedding being prepared for this afternoon. The photographer for that wedding is going to get some amazing shots with the ocean and rocks in the background.
Anywho, here are a few photos from today. Thanks Mands for coming along and letting the rugrats terrorize you... Heart you girl!

"Educate, Educate, Educate"

JR does his matching of the lower case letters and upper case letters everyday. Today he was faster in pace putting ALL the letters together himself. I am so proud of him. He is doing awesome in school! The teacher told me today she is amazed at how quickly he catches on to things that they are learning. Even his Karate instrutor said he picks up really well in learning his moves, etc. I told her I definitely know that since he comes home teaching me and Berto his moves he learned in Karate class.

Normally when the time goes back I am super tired, of course, an hour earlier than usual but for some reason I am up and figured I would browse through my many photos that I have on my hard drive. I came across the photos I took this past March of my...as well as my boys...fav models Krysta and Jessica. This shoot was supposed to be another photographers jewel but they let them down and didn't come through so Krys called me and asked me to do the shoot at last minute. I told her I couldn't because I didn't have a sitter but she INSISTED that I bring the boys with me. I was suprised how good the boys did ...well not really since Krysta was bribing them with Mcdonalds the entire time..LOL..but for the most part they behaved themselves and let mommy work. I have to seriously go through each and every photo again and share them with you all because they all came out amazing! I forgot how awesome they came out...especially the candids of them with the boys on the beach. So cute!

"Joe and Marjorie"

I was looking forward to this couple's photo shoot all month. Marjorie wanted to do her shoot in downtown Fort Lauderdale and I have to give it to her she picked the PERFECT spot! The park had so many good spots to get a photo in. I'm guessing photographers love the spot because we passed about 2 other photo shoots going on there. I know I loved it.

Joe and Marjorie were the cutest couple to shoot! I am so glad she chose me to capture her and her man's love today. Especially since it's her bday I know she wanted it to be perfect and it was. "History Was Made Today"

I'm not sure if I am the only one or not but before I had kids I was in a size 4/5 and I had a favorite pair of capri's that I loved to wear because they were super comfortable. So these one pair of capri's I have kept this entire time as motivation to lose my weight that I gained after having kids. And ladies and gentlemen....................

Am I proud of myself? Heckkkkkssssssssssss Yeahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! 

Did I ever think I would be able to fit back into my size 5's? Heckkkkkkksssssssssssss Nooooooooooo!!!!!!!

The photo of my father and I was taken around May or June of 2006..A year before I started to have kids. I was a size 5 at 118lbs. Right now I am at 128..So I have 8 more pounds to lose in order to get to where I want to be now which is 120. The pants have 2% spandex which means they have a little stretch in them but not much. I have been able to lose alot of fat in my thighs and waist which has helped me get into them. I know the beginning of this year I couldn't get my calf muscle through one leg so this is definitely an accomplishment for me..lol As you can tell in the photo of me with my father I was definitely in shape...even my arms look amazing..lol. And oh what I would do to have that super flat tummy back. I always stayed in shape until I started having kids....which I am sure alot of women can relate. But I am finally getting back to where I want to be in my weight journey. I took photos for you all to see. :)

"My Secret Obsession"

As you know I have been shedding pounds the past few weeks and one thing while trying to lose weight that sucks is wanting sweets! My secret obsession to satisfy my sweet tooth and not add many calories is Dove Milk Chocolates. Of course they have others that have caramel in them or almonds, etc..But my fav is the original Milk Chocolate. They do not taste at all like they are low in calories or anything...I am extremely addicted to them. Right now at Walgreens they are 2/$2.00. I like to get the 5 piece pack since the entire pack (if eaten) is all but 200 calories. LOVE IT!!! Try it out for yourself!
