Since moving down to South Florida and starting my small photography business I have had the pleasure of being able to meet so many different individuals and families. When starting my business I never thought of myself as being a "personal photographer" until my clientele started growing and they became loyal clients. Loyal clients meaning they would contact me for any and everything for ALL their photography needs . I am so honored to have so many loyal customers that value my work and love the outcome of their images. 

One family I am forever thankful for meeting and being able to shoot their beautiful baby girl is the Brito-Polanco Family. Odi contacted me through a mutual friend when she was pregnant with Jianny and asked me to  shoot her family/maternity photos. When we met we instantly connected and she loved the photos. As soon as we were done with the shoot she said ..ok I want you for her newborn photos!! :)

From then on I have been the personal photographer for this beautiful family. I cannot express to them how much it means when they call me EACH time they need and want photos to be done. These are memories throughout their life that I am able to capture for them to cherish forever! Truly, Truly an honor.

I have been shooting their gorgeous baby girl since she was in the womb! :) And yesterday I shot Princess Jianny since she will be turning 1 years old. I love this little girl. Below are a few photos throughout Jianny's 1st year!

Visions of "Black and White"

 Visions of "Black and White"

I am becoming a fan more and more of black and white photography. Depending on the image, a black and white photo can emphasize it so much more and bring more emotion to a photo than a image in color....

again..depending on the image.

I wanted to share some photos from a great photographer that I love that only shoots Black and Whites. Joel Tjintjelaar is a BW Fine Arts photographer from the Netherlands. I viewed his work in my Digital Photography class and fell in love. His work definitely urges me to shoot more in BW. His work is mostly landscape  but it is still so moving!

"Green Thumb" Kinda Girl

"Green Thumb" Kinda Girl

Ok....so the title "Green Thumb" Kinda Girl really doesn't describe me just yet...I'm hoping it will soon. 

We are in the process of moving into our new home in Hollywood, Florida and I'm super excited. I love it and I love the fact that we will be getting our own little "Farmer's Market." Only thing is I am horrible at growing and keeping plants alive. My mom has the best green thumb ever..Her yard is beautiful during the spring and summer! I'm hoping to be like that once we move in. 

At the new house we have about two mango trees, a banana tree, tomato plant/tree, and some other form of fruit tree that I'm not quite sure of yet. So the hubs has stated that I will need to start "googling" or researching how to upkeep these fruit trees. I think with my older age comes excitement to do these type of things. So I will keep you guys updated so you can follow along in my journey of becoming a gardener! :)
